No Refunds – Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be in unused and original condition with packaging.

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

Lifetime Warranty Exchanges

For products covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we will replace your item for a R199 processing fee. This covers the cost of shipping and handling.
